Step 2. Now click the settings link in the far upper-right corner of the screen, next to logout.
Step 3. Click the small delete account link directly under the settings link you just clicked on to permanently delete your account.
NOTE: If you follow this URL “https://ankiweb.net/account/remove” you will have to do is to simply enter your email address and password to permanently delete your account.
