2. Tap Manage Subscriptions
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap on The Athletic subscription
5. Tap Cancel

1. Open your Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap on the iTunes & App Store section
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4. Tap the View My Apple ID Option
5. Tap on Subscriptions
6. Tap on The Athletic subscription
7. Tap Cancel.

If you purchased using in-app purchase on Android:

1. Open your Google Play app
2. Choose Subscriptions from the menu
3. Choose The Athletic from the list
4. Cancel

How To Permanently Delete TheAthletic Account
