Step 2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3. Select “Profile” from the drop-down menu.
Step 4. And finally, click on “Unsubscribe” to end your subscription.
NOTE: Once this is done you will not be billed again. You will have full access to the time that you paid for, and your account will revert to a free account at the end of your current billing period. Similarly, you will have limited access to the exercises on their website.
NOTE ALSO: You can permanently delete your account by sending an email to the company, requesting them to delete your account from their database.
