How To Delete CheckMyFile Account
If you subscribe to their Credit Report Services and if you do not cancel within the 30 day free period – whether you have completed their authentication processes or not – you authorize them until further notice to charge your credit or debit card or account with the renewal subscription at each appropriate interval after your initial purchase. So their 30 day free period offer is available only to new customers on a one time only basis.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please log into your account and send them a Secure Message at any time, email them, or call them on their Freephone telephone number 0800 086 9360 during normal office hours. In all cases they will provide you with a cancellation reference code in confirmation.
Data (Account) Deletion Request

However if you have any history of a dispute with them (CheckMyFile) on any matter, including any payment dispute, they will routinely refuse to erase your data on the basis that it is required by them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
