Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://help.clearpay.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new“
Step 2. On the “Please choose from the list the option that best describes why you are getting in touch” option, select, I WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
Step 3. Enter your Email Address that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 4. Enter your First & Last Name.
Step 5. You Date of Birth is required.
Step 6. Enter your Registered Mobile.
Step 7. Provide your address as listed on your account
Step 8. Select your country.
Step 9. In the “Use this space to tell us more about the help you need” text field, type, REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and also enter your honest reason for requesting account deletion.
Step 10. Scroll down and tick the reCAPTCHA indicating that you are not a robot.
Step 11. And finally, click on Submit to send your account deletion request.
