How To Delete GoToMeeting Account
Your GoToMeeting subscription plan is set to automatically renew at the end of your monthly or annual billing period. The billing contact on the account can cancel the next upcoming payment at any time.
NOTE: If you signed up for a free GoToMeeting trial without supplying billing information, your trial subscription will expire at the end of your trial period (unless you choose to subscribe) with no further action needed.
Follow these steps below to cancel your GoToMeeting subscription plan:
Step 1. Sign in to the Billing Center at https://billing.logmeininc.com.
Step 2. On the Subscriptions page, click the Options icon in the upper-right corner of your product subscription, then click Cancel Subscription.
Step 3. Now, when prompted, review the information on the confirmation window and click Yes, Cancel.
Step 4. And finally, a confirmation message will appear displaying when your subscription plan will expire, and an email confirmation will be sent to your account email address. Click Close on the confirmation window.
Note: Once the auto-renewal of your subscription plan has been canceled, a “Pending Cancellation” message will appear on your Subscriptions page below the product. So if you change your mind and wish to keep your subscription, you can reactivate your subscription plan before it expires.
Data (Account) Deletion Request
You may submit a verifiable request for them to delete any personal information they have collected about you. Please note that this is subject to certain exceptions.
Once they receive and confirm your verifiable request, they will delete your personal information from their records, unless an exception applies.

The deletion process normally consist of following steps:
- REQUEST: A user who wishes to delete their account/data may have to submit an account deletion request.
- VALIDATION: Their support team member may have to cross-check your information with their internal database. If data matches, they will initiate the deletion process and notify you that the deletion has started.
- DELETION: At this level, all the records of your account will be deleted.
- FINAL NOTIFICATION: Now, once the deletion process has been deleted, they will notify you that your account has been successfully deleted.
