Meanwhile, to unsubscribe from Lifesum: Locate an email sent from Lifesum and open the email. Now scroll to the bottom of the email and click the unsubscribe button. That’s it. You will not receive any emails from them Again.
How To Delete Lifesum Account
Before you delete your account, please make sure your subscription to Premium has been canceled so it will not renew (in case you have a running subscription). A subscription is not canceled by deleting the Lifesum account.
And bear in mind, the subscription you’ve purchased remains active until it reaches its expiry date even when you cancel it right after the purchase.
If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account, simply follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to play.google.com
Step 2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
Step 3. On the left, click My subscriptions
Step 4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
Step 5. Click Manage and then Cancel Subscription
TIPS: Subscriptions and trials entered into via the iOS app or the Google Playstore are managed by iTunes and Google Playstore directly, which is why the website (app) cannot process those cancellations or refunds.

Follow these steps below to permanently delete your account:
Step 1. Open the Lifesum app on your mobile and log into your account.
Step 2. Go to Settings in your app.
Step 3. Then go to Account Settings.
Step 4. Click on Delete Account.
Step 5. Read the pop-up thoroughly and then click on Delete.
Step 6. Enter the code displayed and then confirm by clicking Delete Account.
