NOTE: There isn’t a way to delete a patient once they’ve been created. However, you can deactivate the patient which will effectively remove them from your list of patients.
How do I deactivate a patient? To deactivate a patient, navigate to the patient’s Profile and uncheck the “Active Patient” button.
If you prefer to discontinue use of a Practice Fusion account, you simply no longer login to the unwanted account. The account will remain unused, and your account will be marked as an account that was created in error.
