Upon dissociating your account, we’ll provide you the option of having all associated data deleted from our records.”

Step 1. Go to the following URL “https://www.pureprofile.com/contact-us/”
Step 2. Scroll down and locate the Contact Us Section.
Step 3. Enter your Full name.
Step 4. Enter your Email Address that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 5. Now on the ” Select Enquiry type” option, select “TECHNICAL PROBLEM.
Step 6. In the “Your Message” text field, type, REQUEST TO PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and also, enter your honest reason for requesting account deletion.
Step 7. And finally, click on Sumit Enquiry to send your account deletion request.

NOTE: You can also delete your account while logged into your account.
