How To Delete Simple Pay Account.
Are you fed up using your SimplePay account, and as such you wish to cancel (close) or even deactivate your account?

There are various reasons why you may wish to delete your Simple Pay account among all of them is email spamming by the company.

How To Delete Simple Pay Account
They don’t recommend deleting your account. Instead, you can:
- Make your employees inactive on the system by ending their service so that you do not get charged for them; or
- Request for your account to be frozen. You will have access to your account for 3 months, after which the account will automatically be frozen.
However, if you are determined to delete your account, follow these steps below:
NOTE: Requests for accounts to be frozen or closed should be made in writing by a full access user on the profile.
Step 1. Log into your simple pay account.
Step 2. Locate and click on the Help icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 3. Now go to Support and request for account deletion.
NOTE ALSO: Any outstanding payments have to be made to SimplePay by no later than seven (7) days from the date of termination, as per their Terms of Service.
