Follow these steps below to deactivate a user account:
Step 1. Go to the Groups, Users and Devices page, and select Users.
Step 2. Find the user that you want to deactivate, press the chevron icon, and then select Deactivate User.
Step 3. Confirm the action when prompted.
NOTE: You can also reactivate a previously deactivated user account at any time.
To do this,follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to the Groups, Users, and Devices page and select Users.
Step 2. Find the user that you want to reactivate, press the chevron icon, and then select Reactivate User. (All the users with the deactivated state are marked with gray circle icons.)
Step 3. In the Reactivate User windows, select a role for the user to activate the account. The default role is ‘User’.
Step 4. And finally, press Activate.
