Step 2. Click on Manage My Account
Step 3. Click on End My Subscription
Step 4. Fill out your cancellation reason and select the “Continue” button
Step 5. Select the white “Yes, Cancel My Subscription” button
Step 6. Select the white “Confirm Cancellation” button
Step 7. You’ll know you’ve successfully canceled when you reach the exit survey and receive confirmation emails of the subscription canceling.
For Video accounts:
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to your Member Dashboard: https://www.videoblocks.com/member/dashboard
Step 2. Locate the Your Subscription field near the bottom of the page
Step 3. Click on Cancel Subscription
Step 4. Fill out your cancellation reason and select the yellow “Confirm Cancellation” button
For Audio Accounts:
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Go to your Member Dashboard: https://www.audioblocks.com/member/dashboard
Step 2. Select “Billing & Subscription”
Step 3. Select the link inside “If you wish to cancel your subscription, please click here”
Step 4. Select “Continue Cancelling”
Step 5. Check the box confirming your cancellation and then select the yellow “Cancel My Subscription button”.
Step 6. You’ll know you’ve successfully canceled when you reach the exit survey and receive confirmation emails of the subscription cancelling.
NOTE
Please note that cancelling your subscription disables the auto-bill function. You will still be able to access and use your account up to the listed Expiration Date.
